Hey,
Just wondering, if we forget something to ask, but we keep asking "Is there anything else or do you have any other concerns/symptoms/problems", will the SP let use know that? For instance, while practicing for it, we make it a habit not to tell any answer unless asked the specific question for it, with our study partner. Are the SP's like this too? Or they are cooperative and will let you know some details of HPI that we missed?
I mean real patients are actually more cooperative, and do usually tell us all the symptoms that might be bothering them. In fact, they write novels for us
I am asking because I am kinda missing some questions while doing FA. There are so many mnemonics that sometimes you just forget a few questions e.g in Abuse/dementia case.
