Default Question about the PN software on USMLE website

So, I was just wondering if the same problem that I encountered on the website happens in real exam? The problem is with the cursor. i.e when I try to move in text using the arrows, I can only move one cursor at a time, and it just doesn't go back if you keep pressing the left key. So if you want to reach to an earlier sentence, you have to keep tapping the left key multiple times. I find this very irritating, and time consuming. Of course, you can click with the mouse, but I am more used to typing.

If you want to erase, that can be done by holding the backspace key down, but I don't know why it doesnt work when the left arrow key is held down.

I know, but its irritating. I dont know maybe its a problem with chrome..even the tab function sometimes doesnt work.

I am used to typing, and moving around the text only using keyboard. Call me spoiled, but hey let me demand a bit of comfort, we are paying for the exam after all!
