Listening How about Ximedus for CS?

Id like to ask every one about the Ximedus 1 day mock exam. Has anyone gone for it and found it useful?

Dude, as I told in a previous post, I took the 3-day, and the last day of the 3 was the mock exam, I think it is the best part of the course, but the previous two days were important as well. I don't think the one-day is the best cost-effective choice, I'd choose the 3-day course again.. The cases there are more challenging than the First aid for the CS and comparable to the Kaplan Complex Cases..

So, a possible solution for this would be for you to practice through skype with someone who took the full course before you go for your mock exam (I think their secretary could arrange that) and learn their format and techniques.. Also, during the feedback with the patients, ask them specifically how the ideal focused physical exam for their case would look like and practice that.. Otherwise, you'll probably get frustrated since the Ximedus guys are really picky..

Let's see whether I'm gonna pass next wednesday.. I had some trouble with time management during my test, so I'm praying for the best.. But I would be happy to help you out and exchange my experiences through email or skype or something like that..

I am not a big fan of the idea of courses.
But maybe milliedoc can tell us more about his/her experience and why he/she thinks it is such a bad review course!
