Question A question about workup

Hey everyone,

My question is, are we only suppose to mention the specific workup to differentiate the 3 diagnosis we write in PN, or can we write more workup to exclude other possibilities. For example:

FA case #42. I know we are allowed to put only 3 diag on PN. If I choose to put Vocal cord polyps, Laryngeal CA, and Laryngitis, my workup will include:
Laryngoscopy, CBC, endoscopy. Can I also mention TSH to exclude hypothyrodism, although its not in my differentials?

Thankx
