Question LOC what to write in Physical finding section for DD

Please tell me what to write for the physical finding section for LOC.

my first diagnosis is

Cardiac Arrhythmia
I put the history finding, but I am confused have nothing for Physical finding. what should I do.

Must write specific postive or negative findings.
For example, in your case you would write
1. S1S2 wnl
2. RRR
3. No m/r/g
4. A&O X 3
