Question Less symptoms or complaints in real exam?

I have heard somewhere that in real SP encounter there is fewer details you need to collect compared to FA cases. It that true? If so, how can we come up with 3 DDx?

I wouldnt put it like that. You will be able to collect enough information to come up with two or three DDx!!

You have to cover all the details relevant to the case. I think FA does a really good job in explaining that.
If you are asking the right questions, the SPs will provide you with enough answers to arrive at the diagnosis. However, I had a case which I had no dx for, and I understand that is true for many other CS takers.

It's so true.. I have friends who just took the exam last week.. Both of them said now SPs seem not willing to volunteer offering information...When they ask the sps" could you tell me more..".. The sps said " what do you want to know, doctor?".. We need dig enough information by ourselves...
