Default How many people use pertinent negatives FOR the DDX

My question is simple.

How many people used pertinent negatives FOR THE 3 DDx, i.e in the rows to support your 3 diagnosis, and passed the exam, and how many people who didnt use the pertinent negatives for the 3 DDX and passed the exam?

Please note, I am not talking about the pertinent negatives in HPI or P/E. That, I think, is agreed by everyone. I.e MUST PUT PERTINENT NEGATIVE FINDINGS IN HPI SECTION AND PHYSICAL EXAM SECTION. Period!

i didn't use these and passed with high performance. But that doesn't mean that i am saying no one should use it. It mainly depends how good you are in other areas. None of the people who were preparing around me did it and they all passed without any hiccups. Having said that, it's mainly about your comfort level with it . if you practice well and are good in other areas, it should not make you unsuccessful in the test. So if you ask if it is the most important thing? No it's not. Do it if you are fast and it doesn't complicate the notes for you and takes a lot of time, otherwise you are safe without it too.
