Listening Physical Exam for PN

Hey guys just need some advice. I wrote my the P.E. portion of my PN in lower case letters. Also please let me know if my general set up is ok. Do u think that writing in lower case will negatively affect me? The rest of my PN was ok but i was running out of time for the P.E. so i kept it lower case. Here is what i did:

Ex: work up of someone that is healthy

Gen: aaox3, NAD
HEENT: perrla, normal conjunctiva, opthlamoscope wnl
CVS: rrr, s1+, s2+, no murmurs
lungs: CTA bilaterally, no wheezes
abd: +bs, nontender, nondistended, soft
ext: +2 pulses in upper and lower extremities
Neuro: CN intact, motor strength equal in upper and lower extremities. DTR intact (I should have put +2).

I would appreciate any feedback!!
