Question Least Important Part of Patient Note

hi all

If I ran out of time during writing the patient note, which part is least important ( I MAY LEAVE IT EMPTY) ?

Leave nothing blank. Get it done.

treat the exam as you would in real life. What type of doctor just leaves the PN blank? If you cant do it, then practice until you can.
