Question Patient note !!!

does anyone out there help with this? i think i try to type a lot of information in the HPI and run out of time most times. i think patient notes in FA are too long ( pls correct me if i am wrong).
- is u world PN good enough ( it seems too short)?
CAN ANYONE OUT THERE HELP PLS, WITH ANY MATERIAL OR INFO THAT MAY BE USEFUL ..... THANKS.

What I did was to start with the diagnosis, then work up, PE and finally history.
Doing so, you write a PN directed to a hypothesis and it will guide you on how to write the history and PE so you can report the most important positive and negative facts.

I absolutely agree with Cointhiano. USe Ctl C & Ctl V (Copy & paste) while writing your Hx/PE to paste in the boxes you have right below the DDs, rather than typing them again. Did I make any sense...?

Hi, I agree with what 'Corinthiano' adviced you, it has always worked for most students. Btw I use the same pattern, you can find it on some youtube videos. i RECENTLY SAW THIS NICE PN DEMO: 'USMLE Step 2 CS Patient note: chest pain', is a very recent youtube PN video
