Question Are there online samples for patient notes?

Hello,

As you know in the new patient note, you should write the history findings and physical exam findings that support each diagnosis

So are there online samples for such things?

Because FA 2012 does not show samples for that

Also, I heard that in most cases physical exam will be normal so how will we find points in PE that support each diagnosis?

UW has a lot of practice Sample PN. They are also printable too. The way I am doing it is printing all of those, and go to usmle.org, go on their templet, and start practicing typing there. UW also has it too.

I also found that UW has the questions that you should be asking in a particular chief of complain. Basically, UW has dialogues for every conversation for every topic including HPI, PMH, Med/Allergie, and so forth. After each case, there's sample PN. All those are printable.

True, I am using both UW and CSE videos. For UW, I already explain above.
