Help need advice with my cs failure

hi guys,

failed my CS exam today , the CIS part , i want honest advice shall i continue my medical path or quit , just it dosen't make sense to me to try very hard when chances re very low
step 1 : 218
step2 :235
greencard holder
YOG:2009
have us clinical experience extership for 1 year and a research volunteer in community hospital
applying for family medicine

if you just failed CIS part, that's easy to overcome, so don't give up. Take one of the Kaplan live prep courses. They are not that great in ICE but they nail it in the CIS component.

ofcourse.!! why would you quit after so much of hard work!!You can do it!!

Thank u guys for ur encouraging words, i don't know what went wrong , also i ve already applied to this year match and have 3 interviews i don't know what to do ??? shall i cancel them or try to take the CS again , it is such a confusion .

it'd be hard to get a spot before 12/31, try using track4change add-on on Firefox
if I were you I'd try to get a spot before 12/31, and hope the score comes out on 1/29 right before Feb 1st.

There's still a chance! Don't give up!!
And don't resubmit your transcript on ERAS.

hi,
I am an IMG and I failed my CS exam today in the ICE component. this is my first USMLE exam and failing in that has crushed me. is it worth giving the rest of the USMLE exams as i have read that most of the universities want students who have not failed in any of the exams and dont even give an interview date if you have failed in any of them. also i wanted to ask should i apply for re-evaluation for the CS.
