Question Patient note doubts

Can we substantiate our DD with less than 3 symptoms and physical finding. In some cases I don't find relevant physical finding, what would I do in that situation? Kindly help

Good question. In a lot of cases, I'm not able to list many physical exam findings, if any at all, to support the differential.
