Computer Is there a copy paste function in patient note in the exam?

Hello,

I would like to ask is there a copy paste function in the patient note in the exam

Because in the history and PE findings for the DDs, sometimes there are points that can be used for all the differentials so can I copy them and paste them in the other fields?
