Computer Typos in Patient Note

Hi everybody. I am very concerned about typoes in patient notes. When I practice, because I am not a very fast typer, I look at the keyboard only and make frequent typoes. When I practice on usmle website patient note entry form using mozilla's browser, i get all the typos underlined in red and i can eventually, in the last few seconds, correct them. But will we have this also at USMLE center? I mean do typoes get underlined when you type on USMLE center's computers? I hope someone who already took exam could give me some hints about this. Thank you
