Stethoscope listen to heart and lung sounds in almost all case ?

do we do that ? it takes a lot time, untieing gown and listening and then tieng back ... is it okay to do only when it seems required

in first aid, its mentioned for all the cases ...

I think You should do it always , but do it fast

just listen to heart in 4 positions and lungs in 4 positions and that is it

do not do full chest or heart exam, do not do inspection palpation and percussion or posterior chest unless the case is respiratory and do not do full cardiac exam unless it is heart case

and I also advice to look at eyes and throat in each case

U should not write down anything u actually do not do and also do not need to do heart and lung in all cases except they are needed. bec time is very limit and u cannot do all the things in 15 min. ( My opinion only)
