Default Question about a huge thing I forgot

Hey everyone, I took my CS. A couple of days ago, I was doing fairly good until I ran out of time and missed a closure on a case because I had to do a complete neuro exam, but the thing I can't understand how I forgot was on one of the cases I got all the details on the CC and did ROS and asked about menopause and some related issues and then I don't know how the hell I just moved onto PE and did my closure Nd left and suddenly I banged my head I forgot to ask PMH/SH/FH/Social history it happened in one patient only, otherwise I think I did fairly ok, do you think I'd fail because of this?

I think if you forgot to ask those questions in one case they wont penalize you for it. I made similar mistake on the exam. I didn't forget that whole chunk but i forgot to ask occupation in one pt and menstral hx in another where it was super pertinent. I also forgot to ask smoking and illicit drugs in another pt (i think my mistakes are alot worse than yours) I will get my results next week and will let you know how that affected my performance.

I hope we all pass! keep me in your prayers and i will keep u in mine

It does'nt matter if you have done such mistake in only one case because every one makes such mistake in one or other way so don't worry you will have good result
