Stop Attention!! please read new PN on USMLE website!!

Hi everyone!

I just took CS a few days ago, it was so-so
A day before my exam I realized www.usmle.org has published new and clear guidelines on what they expect in the patient notes. Wish I had seen them earlier, but better late than never They were definitely different from what i was doing after reading FA. I think FA is a little off track. So, please look it up!

Ecfmg reporter has sent new cs info manual i guess its that right?

Please can you tell us what difficulties you encountered?? You are setting some of us into panic mode!!

don't trust too much in that sample PN, it has only enough information in it to barely pass

Thanks. The new sample PN is very helpful.

At least it pointed out that overkill diagnostics can result to a lower score. The FA PN's have lots of them!
