Question Incomplete patient note - step 2 CS

Hi I'm just wondering how detrimental it is to my grade that I totally blanked and didn't write investigations in 3 of my cases 😔 - so my patient note was incomplete and I had a lot of other mistakes but nothing like how big this one is. Any advice?😫

I just got my score today and I found out that I passed the step two CS and I could not be any happier!!!! I posted in this thread like everybody else about how scared I was that I was going to fail because of my very tedious mistakes, but by the grace of God and with the support of my family and friends I witnessed a miracle!

I just wanted to maybe offer some support for people that have yet to receive their results and are still freaking out about their probably tedious mistakes (but I can't blame them because I have been there and I know how that feels) so I just wanted to share my experience in hopes that I would offer some sort of reassurance until the day that you actually receive your results so that you may hopefully go about doing what you have to do without having to worry about your exam for 3 dreaded months .

I was so anxious on the day of my exam that I acquired a case of diarrhea!
The anxiety got to me so I ended up messing up a lot in the exam! Here are my major mistakes.

I ran out of time on my first case and didn't get to finish examining or counsel her.

For the first three cases I didn't write ANY investigations and didn't notice until my fourth case so for the first three cases I left the investigation section COMPLETELY blank!( I don't think I've read about ANYONE doing this and I read ALOT of threads. Felt so alone ) I was convinced that this alone was enough to fail me.

Completely missed that a patient was drunk and actually entertained his "small talk" for minutes!
Ended up counseling a married woman to practice safe sex and kept going while she just stared at me blankly.

Other than those crucial mistakes, I had the same smaller mistakes that everyone else did like run out of time in the middle of counseling, weak differentials, my patient note was a complete mess I just made sure to write everything that I could and never got to recheck it so I'm pretty sure that it was absolutely horrific! I took CS first before any of my other steps so differentials didn't come easy and I did not memorize first aid like I probably should have, but I somehow wrote something down for my differentials and now that I'm more knowledge dense I realized how much more I could have written and how horrible I did to the extent that if I were grading my own paper I probably would have failed myself.

How did I pass? God.

Again I wanted to reiterate that I am writing this for people who have already taken the exam and are waiting for the results and not so much for people that have not taken the exam because I don't count that I did very well for me to offer advice on how to approach the exam in order to do well. I consider myself lucky, a miracle, an exception. All my best wishes to everyone trying to pursue their dreams. Keep your head up and keep pushing.
