Default Here's what you need to know

Generally speaking most IMGs do the CS by reading FA and then practicing cases with a colleague.

Why FA? the answer is here Best USMLE Step 2 CS Books

How to practice with a partner? the answer is here http://www.usmle-forums.com/usmle-st...2-cs-exam.html

Some IMGs who have are financially capable they also do a live CS course specially for those with poor English language capability. Which course is best? the answer is here http://www.usmle-forums.com/usmle-st...s-courses.html

Taking the CS before Step 1 is not a bad idea. For more details about this have a look here http://www.usmle-forums.com/general-...ake-first.html
