Default Prohibited and Unnecessary PE

Can anyone confirm which PE components should NOT be done to the SP and can be listed in the diagnostic instead?

As far as the CS info manual pdf is concerned, the following are canon: rectal, pelvic, genitourinary, inguinal hernia, female breast, corneal reflex examinations, and throat swab.

However, I've come across posts saying other PE components are also unnecessary, such as Dix Hallpike, orthostatic vital signs, and fundoscopy.

Also, since throat swab is prohibited, I believe eliciting the gag reflex should not be done as well.

What do you think? It can save us a lot of time if we could just write them in the patient note.
