Default About PN differentials

Hi everyone,
most of times i am having difficulty writing all three history finding or PE findings for each differentials. How to deal with that?

Can we write everything with cap on?
Is it ok to wear gloves everytime rather than washing hands?
Thanks in advance.

As far as I know, there's NO need to fill ALL three slots for HX and PE in each differential. Just put as much as you can.

Yes, many CS takers used all caps and passed.

Yes, using gloves every time is okay. I think it's better because it saves time. Just make sure to avoid that awkward moment when you can't seem to put the gloves on. I believe you'll be given time to try the gloves on during orientation.
