Default Nephrolithiasis diagnostics

I'm really worried about the diagnostic part in the new CS format. They say you'll get a lower score for too costly/unnecessary test.

If your primary impression is nephrolithiasis, which of the ff imaging tests will you include: KUB-IVP, abdominal US, KUB XRAY, Abdominal CT?

KUB-IVP would always be unnecessary as an initial investigation in nephrolithiasis

US only if pregnant

Were i work at the moment patients routinely get a XR-KUB followed by CT-KUB.
I dont really see the point in this though, the best test is a CT-KUB, and my prev. hospital only did CT-KUB

I cant imagine they would penalize you though for including both XR-KUB and CT-KUB in your plan?? I guess the safest thing to do would be to just put CT-KUB (after all the other standard stuff like urinalysis, bloods etc)
