First Aid Read all FA for CS or focus on some stuff?

hey guys
i want to start preparing for the CS , should i read the whole First Aid ,or there is just some stuff i need to focus on...

Default Cover to Cover

Read it all from cover to cover.

You can just leave the long cases, those you can read while you practice with your friend

I'm doing that and gonna test in 3 weeks time
we are using it as group in the hospital to prepare with
