Default CS worry thread :/

Guys i took my exam last week in chicago and was satisfied with my performance except for a few parts until i remembered all my horrible mistakes and i don't feel so good now. these were few of my mistakes:

Did the closure but missed my patient's concern in one of the encounters due to lack of time. She was my first patient. Also made 2 possible DDs of her and missed one of her DDs, just got a little confused in my second encounter during counselling , and one of my encounters didn't go very well. She wasn't listening to me much and also made me repeat once. I think i totally messed up her DD's too. I felt horrible after that but thankfully it was my 2nd last case. I also did a very focussed PE in all my encounters because i was really concerned about my closures.

As for the patient notes, I did complete them on time but had no time for review. I missed a couple of investigations here and there. Some of my DD's were not that supportive. Besides one of the cases in which i wrongly stated my differentials.
I am really scared.
I always counselled, showed empathy, offered my support, sanitized my hands, apologized if something bothered them, always used their names 2-3 times during an encounter, my SEP and accent is good but i don't know why in two encounters SPs asked me to repeat once. My examination had always been super foucussed because i was afraid i will miss my closure. :/
