Default CS exam time is local time or EST?

Hi

I would like to know if the CS exam time is in EST or local time. My exam is in Chicago. Also, how long before the exam is good amount of time to be at the center?

Center local time, so it will be on Chicago's time.

You should be at center 30 min earlier.
