Default My rant

I know people, it's your prerogative when you decide not to take the test.
But, please let go off of that date a day earlier, so that some other poor bugger can take that date, pay the highest price for an airline ticket and rush off to take the darn test.
You guys vacate a place at 9,10,11 pm the night before and simply make that seat useless. Only candidates living in those cities where the test centers are, can take advantage. I know I don't have any right to preach a sermon here, nor is my intention to do so. My only sublimely humble request is to at least leave that test date during the day, so someone like me can at least catch a flight and attempt to take the exam. That's all.
My intention is not to judge anyone here, just my two cents on how we can all make life a tiny wee bit easier for the fellow test takers.
Thank you.

Or is that really the point? Am I missing something here? Maybe people do that intentionally, who knows?
Godspeed

I don't think that's the case. Some people have intense anxiety just before exam and that can be so overwhelming that they have to cancel even if that means just a day before. I almost canceled my step 1 appointment the day before.

Have you tried using check4change? June-July will be very busy as lot's of people want to have their scores ready by sept. Just focus on preparing so when a date appear you'll be ready to grab it.

Best of luck to you datar.

Hi IMlover. I guess you are right. I am a bit frustrated, is all. Thanks for the advice regarding focusing on the prep and take the test the day I grab a date.
Best of luck to you too in your prep.
