Hi there.. I took the CS a couple of weeks ago and I'm still mentally disturbed with the mistakes I made.. Oh well I don't know what to expect....:redcheeks;

but I have some concerns about the patient note. :notsure:
- One of my biggest fears is that I think I didn't put most of the differential diagnosis in ORDER and that I put MORE than 5 workups. How important is the order?? Do they take off points because of that?? or it doesn't matter as long as you wrote down the main ones? :eek:

- Also I write big so I wrote the patient note with a paragraph in HPI and then below I put 2 columns with the PAMHFOSS so that it could fit in the space. :toosad: Will that affect me??How the patient note is graded???

Can you share with me what you think??? I dont know if Ill pass. Im just hoping and praying to see good results..

The organization of the Patient note does not impact much as compared to it's content. Therefore, if your content was correct, you will pass even if your PN was disorganized.

As for the sequence of the differential diagnosis, It's important to mention the most likely diagnosis as the first one but again I don't think you'll fail if you place them in incorrect order.
