Question Abbreviations in Patient Notes

For the PN can we use abbreviations such as:

CTAB, PERRLA, LAD

Will spelling errors affect grading?

Of course you can use abbreviations. Those mentioned in FA are commonly used.

As long as the word makes sense and is within the context, misspelling won't matter.
e.g. temderness, diziness, constipatipn.

All these are OK.
