I think it depends on how much time u have for preparation ,if u have more time u can go for the cases ,but i think most of the cases r covered by 1st aid so ,it's better to revise them in same book then doing two different books n ya there r few cases in uworld which r not in 1st aid ,u can do it from there like prescription notewriting ,pvbleeding ,seizure ,frequent falls ,this is what i have heard ,I even need to check them.
