Default Blood in the stool mnemonic

Hi guys, I've been practicing the FA cases and a question came up: how do we apply the mnemonic LIQORAAA, or the one I preferably use: ODPSFCLIQRAA to bloody stool for example, most of the questions are not applicable, moreover there are some specific questions to ask, like is the blood bright or dark, or any tenesmus, contact with people with similar symptoms? How should I ideally come up with these sort of questions?? Any clue? Also there is no enough time for examine to think about pertinent questions to ask during the encounter, right??... Smbdy please help me out with this!!
