Smile Insomnia mnemonic

Hello everyone, I made a brief mnemonic for insomnia, i made it mostly because insomnia doesn't follow any other mnemonic we know for the history taking and it would be annoying to just memorize a topic we are not sure we're going to have in the exam.

Hope you find it useful!

PS: i didn't add the hot flushes of menopause or stress, neither the coffee/alcohol intake details because that's going to be asked in the social and Obs/Gyn hx...

Thank you so much. I have been looking for a mnemonic for this for so long. Do you have anything for HALLUCINATIONS...? It is driving me crazy. I mean I like to be prepared and I tend to over prepare for exams...I just want to make sure I cover as much as I can and not have too many surprises that could have been avoided by proper preparation...Thanks again for this mnemonic...
