Thumbs Up Good mnemonics for CS Must know!

For general physical exam:
PICKLE: Pallor, icterus, clubbing, koilonychia, lymphadenopathy, edema

For chief complaint:
LIQORAAA: Location, Intensity, Quality, Onset and progression, Radiation, Aggravating and Alleviating factors, Associated symptoms

For rest of systems:
PAMHUGSFOSS: Past medical, Allergies, Medications, Hospitalizations, Urinary symptoms, Gastrointestinal symptoms, Sleep, Family history, Obgyn, Sexual history, Social history

For social history:
SADONE: Smoking, Alcohol, Drugs, Occupation, Nutrition(diet), Exercise
