Computer Trick to automatically check for CS Dates availability

If you are desperately looking for a CS and you get fed up from trying to refresh the CS scheduling page every few seconds (read details on how schedule your CS), well I have a trick for you! ............

Download Mozilla Firefox (if you don't have already) then download the check 4 change extension

Then go to the your CS Scheduling site and select the time period which u want (for example 30 seconds).

The plug-in will then refresh the page every 30 seconds in the background automatically and whenever any student cancel date in that period (new date become available) the browser tab will start blinking, so that then you can take the date immediately before anyone else!

This will allow to you work on other things (such your qbank) and will let you avoid time wasting and frustration.

This trick really works, I tried it myself.

Best of luck to all dudes

This trick helped me secure the date I wanted! I easily booked July 19, then July 15, and now July 5!
However, I recommend you set it to refresh the page every 5 seconds.

This thread should be a sticky!

Default how...?

I'm not sure how to use check4change...! It says you're supposed to highlight a text, so you can check for its change. But what should I highlight in this situation?
Also, if I want a date in any center, between now and Dec 31st, how do I do that?

Thanks a lot !!

Has anyone tried it, doing multiple windows, like reloading houston, philly, LA in different windows, or just one?

Do you know if at sometime during the day does ECFMG makes you sign in again, or it could go for the whole day?

Default The check4change trick

So are we supposed to highlight the entire month (or the particular date) and set it to refresh at certain intervals?

You open up the page (particular month for a particular center) and then launch check4change.
When new dates are available, it will give you an alert.

Thanks! But I can't seem to just launch check4change unless I highlight something.
So say if I want to monitor changes in the month of June in LA, I'd have to highlight the entire month and then launch the app?

Thanks again

In my Firefox, I don't need to highlight anything, I just right click on any blank area on the page and I choose check4change from the drop down menu.

Angry Great add-on, awful browser...

Is it just me or is Mozilla reeeeally slow? I'm pissed because every time the check4change add-on notifies me of any changes, I click on it and the page just slows down... So when I finally get to "confirm appointment" page, it says that is has become unavailable..

I've checked my internet speed every time this happens, and that's not the problem, and I'm not downloading anything simultaneously, so I was just wondering if anyone has had this problem as well.
It is extremely frustrating.

So.. Anyone knows of a similar add-on, but for Chrome?

I have the same question: I would like to get a spot for December and I was wondering if this trick really works??? any one can help with this?

If any spot vacates does it usually happen like in the last minute? (i.e., if I want a spot for mid-December I won't see a free spot until early December?).

Thumbs Up

This was a gem. I found my date about 3 weeks back in a 24 hours.
I kept it running day and night, woke up a couple of times at night by the sound. But it was worth it.

And now I am done with CS!

Thanks to the person who showed this.

What do I highlight on that CS scheduling page? Shall I just highlight the numbers of the dates Iam interested in? (Like left click and drag over the dates?)
Please answer my question and thank you in advance

Default not Check for change anymore

Hello everyone,

I wrote a new script that can schedule completely automatic without any human role, it is so fast and does not let the C4C even notice that,
I took 7th and 11th respectively with this app,
If anybody interested just let me know, please tell me what is your favorite date it could be anytime or any center?

email : mcenzymac@gmail.com

It is cheap and reliable,

this script really helped me out. I got my requested date in about 3 days of running it.

mcenzy was super honest and great to deal with. the script is non invasive and doesn't require any disclosure of secure information.

good luck all.

Excellent program created by Mcenzy! Worked perfectly. Had my date moved up by 3 weeks. Simply had to run the program on my computer and it did it automatically. Very easy to work with and extremely reasonable pricing. Thanks so much! Saved me big time!!!

Default step 2 cs scheduling software

The new software developed by mcenzy works perfectly. I got my date in two days at Philly. It is cheap, no need to give any private information. No human role, it is completely auto. When I wake up, I suddenly noticed that I got my date.

Thanks M.
