Clock SP keep looking at his watch during the encounter

The patient keeps looking at his watch because he is afraid to be late for work.
What should we do.

We pause for a second. Look into the SP's face.
Mr. Smith, I can see that you are constantly checking the time. I totally understand that you concerned about timing. I will make sure that I finish the history and physical as fast as possible.
We'll get you out of here in no time. Just help me finish the examination in order to reach a diagnosis so that we can give you the appropriate treatment.
