Hammer and Otoscope Don't do physical exam!

If we have Pt without gown sitting on the chair!, and instructions given are to not do PE and SP asks you why you are not going to do PE today?

What do you do about it! How you will respond to SP?

You don't do physical exam.....just take history and move ahead....

First SP would not ask. If asked, then you can answer, you can't do physical exam now, because you first you need to be dressed in gown. My nurse or medical assistant would help you dress in gown and i will do PE then.
