Question I answered all the challenging questions

So i realized for 3 or 4 cases I might not have been very specific with the patient about what i thought the ddx was but I did explain some of the tests i wanted to do...but did it help that I was able to answer all the challenging questions at the end?

I think you are suffering from a typical Post-USMLE syndrome buddy when you wake up every morning thinking about with something new that you didn't do in the test. Just relax and you are fine.
