Default Patient asks if he is going Crazy?

During the closure of bipolar case, SP asks if he is going crazy. What would be the proper response here?

Default going crazy

Tell her that "crazy" is not a medical diagnosis, but that you think she might be suffering from a psychiatric illness and that it has a solution...

Mental illnesses are treatable. Most people diagnosed with a serious mental illness can experience relief from their symptoms by actively participating in an individual treatment plan. So just tell her that it is not a big deal if she has mental illnesses, because it has many solutions.
