Default Typing problem; exam in 5 days; Need a serious help

Hello guys!
I have my CS exam in 5 days in Chicago. My typing speed is 38-39 words per minutes and I am able to finish present history, examination, D/D and workup but I can't finish other than present history in history section (like Review of system, past medical history, past surgical history, personal history, drug and allergies history, menstrual and gyne/obs history).
I may finish these in telephone cases and pediatric cases as I don't have to write physical examination part there. So I have following questions:

1. Can we pass only writing present history in history section and writing physical examination, D/D, workup as usual?

2. How many pediatrics and telephone cases and others cases do we face out of 12 cases where examination is not required ?
Thank you . Waiting for your valuable suggestion.

1) That sounds like most of it. Although I'd be devastated if I'd lose points simply due to slow typing speed. That's kind of an insult to your medical knowledge. I think you should take a quick typing course or watch a few typing tricks to learn to type faster, such has putting your left hand's 4 fingers (excluding thumb) on ASDF and right side on JKL;. Returning to those 4 keys as your home base while you type. That way I can type at over 100 words per minute.

2) It varies. I know someone who took his test in Chicago just last week and he got ZERO pediatric cases, while one other person had 3.
