USMLE Books Any books for CCS section?

Are there any books out there that prepares you for CCS of step 3?

All the USMLE Step 3 Books are mentioned in these two polls:

Best USMLE Step 3 Review Books
Best USMLE Step 3 Questions Books

Most of them contain info and practice of the CCS part of the exam.

There are some books but they are not very helpful.
Do archer CCS or atleast review his slides

Kaplan step 3 lecture notes have cases that look pretty good. I just don't want to pay that much for the whole book.
