USMLE Books Washington Manual for Step 3

Does anyone suggest Washington Manual for step 3 preparation ? Also, I am thinking of using the 32nd edition.. are there any significant differences from the 33rd edition now out on the market ??

haha, im not going to read it the way i read kaplan i.e synthesize every word.. lol.. but want to do those large cases which come on CCS basically.. i think the management is very appropriate in Wash manual.... but im very fresh to this stuff... are the other books out there as effective for CCS?
