Smile My step 3 Experience

I am so thankful to this forum, as it played a very big role in my USMLE Prep since I started my step 1 prep in 2010. I found inspiration, motivation, friends and my superb study partners here.I shared all my previous steps exam experiences here and didnt want to break my tradition. So will try to share my step 3 experience too. Bear with me plzz. I took my step 2 in 2012. I have a full time job since then, so it took me this long to make time to give my step 3.
I studied on and off but my serious prep time is 1 month.
I read MTB, Uworld notes and did uworld Qbank once with an average of 60%.
Did extra biostats from uworld, the $25 subscription one which helped me a lot in the exam.
Took UWSA 1 week before, score 210
Day 1 is like step 2 ck, with more biostats as every one is saying. If you prepare well ,it can be to your advantage. I made time to answer all the drug ads and abstracts questions, which have very straight forward answers. So I felt good about it.Questions are like uworld. Didnt really get any weird or strange questions. Most of them are straight forward. time management is very important. I barely made it in every block.Absolutely no time to go back and review my flagged ones. Practice uworld well. But I literally got tired of reading questions starting with shortness of breath and chest pain in the exam.Going to the end of Q stem first, helped me with saving lots of time.
Day 2
I have a 10 day break for Day 2, I didnt practice ccs cases till now,so I needed this time to practice CCS cases from uworld and go through my flagged uworld questions in ACM.
The MCQs were mostly about treatment and prognosis, very confusing for me as I got stuck between two options most of the time. People with Clinical experience might feel comfortable with it. No biostats but few ethic Qs.
All my 13 CCS cases are straight forward. they all ended sooner than the real time,I finished my exam one hr early, Yes!! they ended that quick. So I am little worried now.
I had little difficulty with 2 cases, It might be bcoz of my lack of practice but I figured the diagnosis eventually.
Practice uworld, Fred ccs sample cases, and read 100 high yield mini cases from First Aid step 3 to brush up treatments and labworks.

Expecting my result in 3 weeks. will update with my result then. Please pray that I pass. All the best with the match everyone.

Question.. What did you do to get your Uworld (MCQ) avg up to 60% ?
Mine is around 55% First time, times, all systems combined.

I m doing my ck notes (FA Step 2 ck book) with added MTB 3.
