USMLE Books MTB-3 missing lots of information!

I just started my step 3 prep. Anyway, a quick question about MTB-3, and, once again, I just started but.... e.g. the endocrinology part is missing a lot of diseases! Not sure if we don't need to study them, if they're low yield or what. Any comments?
