Default How to prep for step 3

Hi guys,
I just started my study for step 3. But I am totally confused about
How to begin with!!!!!
I need your inputs. Please let me know your views. Any advise is deeply appreciated.

Most people have recommended doing UW Q-bank, Archer CCS workshop and lectures. I am doing these two and NBME as well. Doing UW qbank after reviewing archer lectures have raised my qbank average. I am also considering doing kaplan q-bank
