Default What to read to get a high score on step 3?

Hi everyone,
I know everyone says that the score doesn't matter for step 3.
But what's necessary to get a good score (above average) in this exam.

I am just about to start my preparation and I have ~ 3 months of part-time studying.

From what I've read people recommend:
UW Qbank
UW CCS
USMLE CCS
MTB-3

any other suggestions?
has anyone watched kaplan vidoes?
I really didn't like MTB-2 for my step 2 CK? Is FA for step 3 better?

Is UW alone sufficient for prep? or, do we have to use another Qbank like Kaplan or UsmleRx?? And regarding the timeline for prep, how long does it take to prepare. I've not applied for residency yet. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
