Unhappy Totally confused about CCS

So, I just bought the UWorld MCQ's and CCS cases. I find the CCS cases difficult to do and I am totally confused. Can anyone recommend how I should go about doing these cases?
Thank you

I think MTB 3 and/or last part of FA might help. But you have to practice more and read the tutorial and go through it a couple of times. You may download the Practice Material from the USMLE website.

This what I think, at the end I'm not the expert on step 3.

Just trying to help
