Angry Hard quesiton from Qbank

I recently got this question in one of the qbanks. I don't want to say which one due to copyright issues. I was wondering what you thought the answer was since the averages for each answer were all over the place.

A 30-year-old woman G3P1A2 with histrionic personality disorder comes to the physician for a follow-up. The attending physician asks the medical student to take a history and physical. The medical student is gone for 20 minutes and the attending enters the exam room. The medical student and patient are engaged in a sexual act. Which of the following is the best next course of action?

A. Inform the patient that she will be transferred to the care of another physician.
B. Notify the state medical board of the student's unethical behavior
C. Observe the situation and monitor if assistance is needed
D. Physically remove the medical student from the room and expel him from the office
E. Report the medical student to his university's dean for disciplinary action
