Question Should we pass both the MCQs and the CCS!

Hi guys;

I know that 80% of the step 3 test consist of MCQ & the rest is CCS, and the passing score is 190. So, the question is:
Should we pass both parts successfully with total score 190 or higher? or just get 190 regardless which part of the test we' ll pass ?

Thanks in advance!

You don't need to pass in both of them. Just a total score of 190 regardless of your performance in CCS alone or in MCQ alone.

However, this will change in 2014. There will be two different testing days and you have to pass each one of them separately!
