Question Most appropriate time to do Step 3 Exam

Guyz, could anyone tell me whats the most appropriate time to give step 3, if we cannot give it by September 15 in order to increase the chance of IV calls and also prematch possibility!!!

Default No prematch any more

I may not have the complete answer to ur question but as i know there's no prematch beginning match 2013.

Yes there are Prematches, in fact there are several programs who are not in the NRMP only in ERAS

I'm confused... I thought it was the "all-in" policy. I understand that some Military Programs are not listed but other than that?

I saw a bunch of Programs now that don't participate in NRMP, they do in ERAS though, I just hadn't paid attention I guess.
Anyway, if they interview you and offer you a prematch, is that usually done during or after the interview while you're still there, or do they contact you and then offer you a prematch?

All in is a joke, what will they do? Pull the certification? Unlikely
they can't pull the funding since its Medicare and controlled by Congress

the system is broken and until congress in the US does something to regulate Residency programs they will continue to do what they want.

Whats to stop a program from a prematch and then then matching you in the final NRMP? Nothing looks legit then right?
