Default More CCS Chest pain

I order
IV
ECG
O2
and ASA one time
for every chest pain

Even for anxiety
would the ASA hurt if its Anxiety not heart?

even for anxiety, it wouldn't hurt (unless there's an allergy or contraindication for some other reason). It wouldn't help either though.
The CCS cases are pretty clear as in history details so you can pretty much say it's angina or not, but I would say, if there's a doubt, give aspirin!

Other than that, I would do (before seeing the patient):
order IV access
get oxygen sat, give oxygen if needed (the sat is back in 1 min!)

I probably would examine the guy before giving him aspirin just to be sure, I mean chest pain could be aortic dissection, PE, pericarditis, pneumonia, you name it. If everything points towards angina or MI, go ahead with aspirin as your first order.

Always check vitals to see if you need to give something else...! And don't forget to manage the pain!
If it's angina: nitroglycerin!!!
